MOST RECENT FIRING

Updated 20th.February 2014

Some images from the most recent firing. A curate’s egg, good in parts, as the kiln decided to reduce heavily in one area. Tried using blue Jun glaze over dark slip glazes with patterns in wax resist. These worked.

SEPTEMBER 2013 GRAINNE UAILE

Hot from the kiln

Sometimes the kiln gods are kind. The latest stoneware firing, the first for months, produced luscious colours throughout.
